PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
Player qualification
- No Semi-Final-or-above result in Bronze or higher for tournaments with at least 16 teams; mini tournaments are excluded.
- Lower Bronze tournament results remain eligible.
- Certified coaches, athletes, and Bronze-level-or-above players are not eligible.
- All players are reviewed and curated by the event committee.
- Players may appeal a suspected over-level player during the appeal period.

Terms & conditions
- Committee, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for personal injury, medical emergency, or long-term disability.
- The committee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
- Only non-marking padel or tennis shoes are permitted; no running shoes or casual footwear.
- Use standard padel rackets and wear the racket strap during every match.
- Damage to glass, nets, or turf caused by misconduct is the player’s financial responsibility.

IMPORTANT POLICY
Withdrawal, refund & player replacement
- Submit replacement requests at least 5 days before the tournament with the replacing player profile.
- Replacement players must meet the qualification and receive committee approval with valid evidence.
- An appeal period applies up to 4 days before the tournament.
- Without an approved replacement, the team receives a walkover with no refund.
- The committee may refund 75% of the fee, less administration, when an applicant is deemed unqualified after registration.
