- Players are reviewed and curated by the event committee.
- Players may appeal a suspected over-level player during the appeal period.

IMPORTANT POLICY
Withdrawal, refund & player replacement
- No refunds are issued after registration is completed. An eligible replacement player may be requested.
- Replacement requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the tournament.
- Without an approved replacement, the team receives a walkover with no refund.
